Putting it together
We don’t do it all at once. We gather information, then we start with a goal. A first goal. Maybe it’s losing 5 pounds? Maybe running a mile? Then we develop a plan. After that, the real work starts. We are with you every step of the way. We review your progress each week. We keep what’s working, throw out what’s not, and add another step when we’re ready. Change is progressive.
